Policies & Terms
Service Delivery & Pricing
Business services are provided according to a written quotation or service agreement. It identifies the scope, deliverables, delivery method, milestones, fees, and payment schedule. All charges are in United States dollars (USD).
Timing depends on the agreed scope and timely receipt of required client information and approvals. Changes to scope, fees, or deadlines require written agreement. This page does not offer physical goods for shipping.
Educational products marked “Coming Soon” are not available for purchase or preorder. Their launch dates, final prices, and delivery terms will be published when they become available.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Request cancellation or a refund by emailing dianabazzi7@gmail.com. Include your name, invoice number, and the service involved.
Unless different terms were disclosed and agreed before payment, cancellation before work begins qualifies for a full refund. After work begins, fees for completed work and client-approved, nonrecoverable expenses remain payable. Unused prepaid amounts are refundable.
If Serenity Step cancels an engagement, amounts paid for services not delivered will be refunded. A concern about completed work will be reviewed against the agreed scope to determine an appropriate correction or refund.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days, generally to the original payment method. Additional bank processing time may apply. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Terms of Service
Requesting a quotation does not create a service agreement. An engagement begins after written acceptance of its scope and payment terms. Any engagement-specific terms are provided before payment.
Clients must provide accurate information, necessary permissions, and timely feedback. Clients remain responsible for their business decisions and for ensuring that materials they provide may lawfully be used.
Project coordination and management services do not include clinical treatment, legal advice, accounting advice, or a guarantee of business results. Rights to deliverables and confidentiality obligations will be specified in the applicable service agreement.
Changes to these website terms will be published here. Updated terms will not retroactively change an existing engagement without agreement.
Privacy Policy
When you contact Serenity Step or engage our services, we receive information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, project details, and billing correspondence.
We use that information to respond to inquiries, provide agreed services, administer billing, resolve concerns, and maintain necessary business records. Information may be handled by service providers used for communication, hosting, and payment processing, or disclosed when required by law.
Information is retained as needed for the engagement, recordkeeping requirements, and resolution of disputes. Contact dianabazzi7@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Do not send payment card details or sensitive health information through general email or website inquiries. Any future forms, analytics, or tracking tools will require corresponding updates to this policy.
Payments & Billing
Stripe processes payments for project coordination and management services. Use the payment instructions provided with your invoice or agreement. Do not send card numbers by email or text message.
The total amount, currency, and payment schedule are disclosed before payment. This page does not enroll visitors in a subscription or authorize recurring charges.
For questions about a charge, contact customer support with your invoice number. Do not include your full card number.
Educational Scope & Crisis Resources
Planned mental health resources support general education and personal reflection. They do not create a therapist-client relationship or promise a particular health outcome.
